| Preparation:  | 1.- Cut the chicken in 8 pieces and wash well. 2.- Heat oil in a pot and brown the onion finely chopped. When they become transparent. Blend the chili in blender with a little water and add to the pot with the chopped garlic. 3.- Add sweet peas and cook. At this point, there should be a creamy light sauce cooking in the pot. 4.- Place chicken pieces in the pot and add 2 cups of water. Cook until tender. 5.- Last, add the teaspoon of sugar. | ||||||||||||
