Cheese And Pepperoni Bread | Ingredients: | |      | 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoon size active dry yeast |   | 2 tablespoons sugar | |      | 1 1/4 cup warm water |   | 1 tablespoon butter melted | |      | 3 cups bread or all-purpose flour |   | 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese | |      | 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni |   | 1 teaspoon dry mustard | |      | 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |   | 2 cloves garlic minced |

Preparation: |
Place yeast, sugar and water in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in butter, 2 1/4 cups flour and next six ingredients. Stir until blended. Turn dough out on to floured surface. knead until smooth and elastic; about 10 minutes.
Add enough remaining flour 1 tablespoon at a time to prevent dough from sticking to hands. Place dough in a greased bowl. Turn to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place 85degrees F free from drafts until doubled in bulk.
Punch down dough and let rest 5 minutes. Roll on a floured surface to a 14 by 7 inch rectangle. Roll dough up tightly starting from a short edge. Press firmly to prevent air pockets. Pinch seams and ends to seal.
Place roll seam side down in a 9 by 5 inch greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise 1 hour and 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake dough uncovered for 45 minutes or until browned on the bottom and loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan and cool.
