 Baked Apple with Wine
 Ingredients:
     3 red apples  1 cup Port Wine
     1/2 cup brown sugar  1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
     butter (amount necessary)  
Baked Apple with Wine
 Preparation:
Cut the top part and carefully core apples, making sure not to get to the bottom. Arrange them in a buttered heat resistant glass dish.
Fill each apple with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and pour wine on top and around fruit.
Bake in hot oven until apples are tender. Add more wine if necessary.
