 Bread Crumb Soup
 Ingredientes:
     3 liters vegetable broth  8 tablespoons grated cheese
     8 tablespoons bread crumbs  1 tablespoons salt
     1 tablespoon margarine  3 eggs
 
 Preparación:
1. Place in a pot water and salt and cook some vegetables of your choice as: pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, celery, leek, parsley, basil, etc.. Cook at least for 30 minutes.
2. Drain vegetables, blend, and add them to pot again.
3. Add bread crumbs, margarine, cheese, and beaten eggs to the broth.
4. Stir for 2 minutes while still cooking, and serve hot.
