Blintzes Caserole | Ingredients: | |      | 12 Fresh or frozen blintzes |   | 1/4 lb Butter | |      | 1 1/2 cup Sour cream (non- fat works great) |   | 1 tsp Vanilla | |      | 4 Eggs |   | 1/4 cup Sugar (optional, splenda works great in an equivalent measure) | |      | Dash Salt |   |

Preparation: |
| Pour melted butter in the bottom of pan or casserole. Lay blintzes on top. Beat remaining ingredients in blender or food processor and pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
