Cinnamon ice cream | Ingredients: | |      | 5 cups Water |   | 1 1/4 cup Sugar | |      | 1 stick Cinnamon |   | 2 tbsp Cold water | |      | 1 tbsp Cornstarch |   | 1 tbsp Lemon juice |

Preparation: |
1.- Boil the 5 cups of water with the cinnamon until the water has taken color and taste. Add sugar and let boil for another five minutes. 2.- Dissolve the cornstarch in the 2 Tbsp of cold water, add to the mixture and let boil for another five minutes. 3.- Remove from the stove and let cool a little. Add lemon juice and strain. 4.- Once the mixture has cooled, place in the freezer. Once the mixture starts to freeze, stir energetically. Return to the freezer until it freezes a little more and stir again. Do this several times until the it is done. |
