Guatemalan veal stew | Ingredients: | |      | 800 gr Veal |   | 2 Green peppers | |      | 1 Red pepper |   | 1 Large onion | |      | 2 cloves Garlic |   | 500 gr Tomato | |      | 1 Bay leaf |   | 2 Cloves | |      | 1/2 tsp Oregano |   | 1 cup Broth | |      | Salt and pepper |   |

Preparation: |
| Wash meat well. Peel, wash and chop onion, garlic and peppers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the recently chopped vegetables until the onion is tender; add veal (cut into cubes), the tomatoes (peeled and chopped) and the spices. Stir with a wooden spoon until the meat cooks. Move to a pot and add the broth. Cook on high with the pot covered until the meat is tender; add more broth or water if necessary. Serve with white rice. |
