 Guatemalan veal stew
 Ingredients:
     800 gr Veal  2 Green peppers
     1 Red pepper  1 Large onion
     2 cloves Garlic  500 gr Tomato
     1 Bay leaf  2 Cloves
     1/2 tsp Oregano  1 cup Broth
     Salt and pepper  
 
 Preparation:
Wash meat well. Peel, wash and chop onion, garlic and peppers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the recently chopped vegetables until the onion is tender; add veal (cut into cubes), the tomatoes (peeled and chopped) and the spices. Stir with a wooden spoon until the meat cooks. Move to a pot and add the broth. Cook on high with the pot covered until the meat is tender; add more broth or water if necessary. Serve with white rice.
 Comments:
If the sauce is too watery, just add a little bit of cornstarch dissolved in cold water.
