Aji de fideo (traditional hot spicy noodles) | Ingredients: | |      | oil (amount necessary) |   | 1/2 kilo Sirloin butt | |      | salt (as desired) |   | 3 garlic cloves | |      | 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |   | 5 tablespoons ground hot chili | |      | 1 teaspoon ground cumin |   | 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper | |      | 1 kilo long noodles |   | 1 teaspoon oregano | |      | small potatoes (amount desired) |   |

Preparation: |
1.- Dice meat in small pieces. 2.- Season with garlic, cumin, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Brown in a pan with hot oil. 3.- Heat a little oil in another pan and fry the noodles until lightly brown, Drain oil. 4.- Place noodles in a pot, add the meat and 4 cups of boiling water. 5.- Last, add ground chili. 6.- Keep cooking until meat is tender. Add potatoes and cook until done. |
