Pork ribs
Ingredients:
    
3 pounds (approx.) pork ribs
 
8 potatoes
    
2 cups rice
 
1 head lettuce
    
2 onions
 
1 small bunch parsley
    
salt
 
oil
    
2 hot yellow peppers
 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    
1 teaspoon ground cumin
 
4 garlic cloves
    
1 large tomato
 
1 stick celery
Preparation:
1. Put the ribs in a pot. Add water, one onion (peeled), parsley, celery and salt. Cook until the meat is done.
2. Blend in a blender the following ingredients: hot peppers, ground pepper, cumin and 3 garlic cloves.
3. Remove the ribs from the pot, place them in a bowl, and add the blended ingredients. Let the ribs stand for at least 2 hours.
4. Turn on the oven broiler. Put some oil in an oven dish and place the ribs. Broil the ribs nicely. Another option is to heat oil in a pan and brown the ribs.
5. Peel the potatoes and cook them in water.
6. Break the lettuce with your fingers.
7. Cook the rice as you desire, or according to package instructions. While the rice is cooking add salt, one garlic clove and half onion finely chopped.
8. Peel the tomato and onion. Cut them in fine strips. Season with salt, oil and pepper. Add the lettuce and toss.
9. How to serve: Serve a portion of rice and one potato. Place the ribs on the side followed by the salad.
