Easy Meatballs
Ingredients:
    
1/2 kilo ground veal
 
1/2 kilo ground pork
    
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
 
1 garlic clove
    
100 grs. Serrano ham
 
1 onion
    
2 tomatoes
 
1 green bell pepper
    
2 tablespoons white wine
 
1 tablespoon flour
    
1 cup olive oil
 
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
    
1 egg
 
salt to taste
Preparation:
Chop the ham and garlic. In another bowl, grate the tomatoes and chop the green pepper.
Combine the egg, ham, garlic, parsley, wine, veal, pork, bread crumbs, and salt to taste. Let stand for one hour.
Make the meatballs, roll them in flour. Heat a pan with the oil, brown them and transfer to a pot.
Remove oil from pan and leave just about 3 tablespoons of oil. Brown the onion and add tomatoes and pepper. Add one tablespoon of flour and stir; add one glass of water, season to taste and stir again.
Add this mix to the meatballs, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
