Banana Tart | Ingredients: | |      | 5 ripe bananas |   | 4 eggs | |      | 1 cup sugar |   | 1 pinch salt | |      | 4 lady fingers |   | 3 tablespoons butter | |      | 200 grs. white soft cheese |   | 2 teaspoons baking powder | |      | 3 tablespoons caramelized sugar |   |

Preparation: |
1. Peel four bananas, remove the outside strings and mash bananas with a fork. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add to bananas. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and crumbled lady fingers. Mix everything well with a fork or spatula to mix well the sugar mixed. 3. Grate the cheese with a grater and add it to bananas. Melt butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. Do not let it boil, and add it to the previous mixture. 4. Prepare the caramelized sugar and spread it in bottom and sides of a custard dish. 5. Pour the banana mixture in the tart dish, place in a larger dish with water and take it to preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until set. 6. Let it cool and remove from custard dish to a serving dish. 7. Peel the remaining banana, slice it and garnish the custard. 8. Sprinkle with the caramelized sugar and serve. |
