 Irish Coffee
 Ingredients:
     1/2 cup whiskey   1 cup strong brewed coffee
     2 teaspoons  brown sugar  1/2 cup ligh cream
Irish Coffee
 Preparation:
1. Heat the cups or glasses with hot water and dry them.
2. Place 1 teaspoon of sugar en each one, divide the whiskey and coffee (very hot) in each cup or glass; mix with a teaspoon until sugar has dissolved.
3. Whip the cream slightly. Take a spoonful of cream and top the coffee.
4. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or cocoa powder, if you like.
5. Serve immediately.
