 Angel Food Cake
 Ingredients:
     12 egg whites  1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
     1/4 teaspoon salt  1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
     1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour  2 teaspoons vanilla extract
     3/4 teaspoon almond extract  3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
 
 Preparation:
Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and salt. Beat until you get very soft peaks. Reduce speed to low and gradually add sugar a tablespoon at a time. Then, add flour a tablespoon at a time (do not over beat). Fold in vanilla, almond extract and lemon juice. Place mixture into a nonstick angel food pan and bake at 175 degrees centigrades for 45 to 50 minutes or till done. Invert pan and cool on a wire rack.
