Gma's Mississippi Mud Cake - 350  Ingredients:       1 C butter    2 C sug       2 T cocoa powd    4 eggs       1 t van    1 1/2 C flour       1 1/3 C coconut    1 1/2 C nuts       dash salt    1 jar marshmallow crm       1 box (4 C) powd sug    1 t van       1/3 C evap milk    1/3 C cocoa powd       1/2 C butter

Preparation:

Combine butter, sug & cocoa powd. Add eggs & van & mix well Add flour, coconut, nuts & salt. Beat 2 min. Pour into greased 13x9 pan & bake 30-40 min. When toothpick comes out clean, it's done. Spread top of hot cake w/ marshmallow crm. When cake is cool, make frosting. Combine powd sug, van, evap milk, cocoa powd & butter & mix till smooth & crmy. Frost cake.
