 Oyster Ceviche
 Ingredients:
     12 oysters  1 onion
     1 clove garlic  1 tablespoon mint
     2 lemons (juice)  ground pepper to taste
     salt to taste  
 
 Preparation:
1- Wash well the oysters and carefully open, remove from shells and reserve.
2- Mince the oysters and place in a bowl.
3- Peel and chop finely the onion and garlic.
4- Add onion, garlic and mint, drizzle with lemon juice, season and mix all.
5- Finally fill the shells of oysters with the prepared mixture and serve.
