 Chili Garlic Rubbed Shrimp - C
 Ingredients:
     6 T Olive Oil  1 1/2 t Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
     6 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)  1/4 C Chopped Cilantro
     1/4 t Hot Sauce  2 T Freshly Grated Lime Peel
     1 Lime Juiced  1 # Large Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
     4 Lemon Wedges  
 
 Preparation:
For Marinade: Combine oil. red peppers, garlic, 2 T cilantro, hot sauce, lime peel and juice in bowl. Refrigerate overnight
Add shrimp to marinade, cover and let stand for 20 min
Coat Grill w/non stick spary. Preheat grill to 300-350
Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers and grill 5-7 min or until opaque, turning once. remove from heat and sprinkle with remaining cilantro, serve with lime wedges

Very similiar to John's Shrimp Scampi. Scampi is better
