 Baked Brown Rice Custard
 Ingredients:
     2 - 13 ounce cans evaporated milk  1 pound brown sugar
     OR  1 1/2 cup honey
     1 pound brown rice, cooked  2 tablespoons cinnamon
     1 tablespoon nutmeg  2 tablespoons vanilla
     1/2 cup hot cream   6 eggs
Baked Brown Rice Custard
 Preparation:
Mix milk with equal parts of water, sugar or honey and rice.
Mix dry ingredients and vanilla and combine with milk mixture.
Beat eggs and add a small amount of hot cream to beaten eggs stirring constantly.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into buttered pan and bake at 375ºF. for one hour.
