 Blueberry Coffee Cake With Crumb Topping
 Ingredients:
     FOR THE CAKE  2 cups fresh blueberries
     3/4 cup milk  5 tablespoons butter, softened
     1 egg  1/2 teaspoon vanilla
     2 cups all-purpose flour  3/4 cup sugar or borwn sugar
     2 teaspoons baking powder  1/4 teaspoon salt
     FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING  5 tablespoons butter, softened
     3/4 cup sugar  3/4 cup flour
     3/4 teaspoon cinnamon  
Blueberry Coffee Cake With Crumb Topping
 Preparation:
1 Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3 In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
4 Add egg and vanilla to the creamed butter mixture. Mix until combined.
5 Add the flour mixture and milk; Mix until formed into a batter.
6 Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to mash them.
7 In a seperate bowl, add all topping ingredients and mix together with your hands (or using two forks) until mixture is crumbly.
8 Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the top.
9 Bake for 40 minutes.
10 Sprinkle top of cake with a little sugar.
11 Serve warm & Enjoy!
