Beef tenderloin with grilled corn relish
 Ingredients:
3 ears corn, husked and silked  4 center-cut beef tenderloin steaks, 2 inches thick
4 slices bacon  1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup half and half  2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped

 Preparation:
Lightly coat corn and steaks with extra virgin olive oil. Season steaks with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Let steaks stank at room temperature while grilling corn.

Preheat grill to medium high. Place corn on rack, cover and grill 10 minutes or until golden, turning occasionally. Remove corn from grill and set aside.

Place steaks on rack. Grill to desired doneness.

For corn relish, in skillet over mediaum heat, cook bacon. Drain on paper towels; reserve drippings in skillet. Cut kernels from cob. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender, about 3 minutes, stirring often. Add corn and half and half. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until thickened. Add crumbled bacon and herbs; spoon over steaks.
